By accessing or using SENTIʼs products and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Senti provides a technical Execution Layer and Cloud Orchestration infrastructure.

Our platform facilitates the connection between your personal broker account and automated trading strategies.

We are not a broker, and we do not hold, manage, or custody user funds.

All information, signals, and strategies provided by SENTI

• Are for informational and execution purposes only
• Do not constitute investment advice

Users are solely responsible for:

• Their trading decisions
• Capital allocation
• Risk management

By using SENTI, you agree:

• You understand the risks of trading
• You use your own capital at your own risk
• You comply with local laws and regulations

Users must NOT

• Use the system for illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate markets artificially
• Reverse engineer or exploit the system

Users may connect SENTI to third-party brokers (e.g. Exness, Binance, Bybit, etc.).

• SENTI does not hold user funds
• All funds remain under userʼs broker account
• Broker terms apply independently

SENTI may charge:

• Subscription fees
• Performance-based fees (only when profit is generated)
• Execution-related revenue (via broker integrations)

Fees are subject to change with notice.

SENTI does NOT guarantee:

• Profitability
• Consistent returns
• Protection from losses

Users acknowledge:

Trading involves significant risk and may result in total loss of capital.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SENTI is not liable for:

• Trading losses
• System downtime
• Broker-related issues
• Market volatility

SENTI reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access without prior notice

If users violate terms.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and Broker API Keys. Senti Quant strongly recommends using "Trade-Only" API permissions and disabling "Withdrawal" permissions for all connected accounts.

Platform

All source code, UI/UX designs, and proprietary algorithms on Senti are the property of Senti.

Quant Strategies

For Quant Traders using our Secure IDE, you retain full ownership of your proprietary code. Senti Quant commits to the strict confidentiality of user-uploaded scripts and will not access or replicate your logic without explicit consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senti Quant shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses (including loss of capital). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

SENTI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
